Rolling Arrays today announced that its pre-packaged solution “SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Solution” has been listed under iSPRINT as a pre-qualified package solution supportable under iSPRINT grant for SMEs.
SuccessFactors Performance & Goals is a Software-as-a-service (SaaS) HR solution and will equip customers with the in-depth employee performance information needed to retain, reward, and develop their best people. Its innovative capabilities and intuitive user experience ensure aligned, clear goals and accurate, objective talent assessments.
While purchasing packaged solutions through the solution providers listed in the iSPRINT (Packaged Solutions), It is not required to submit any business proposal or application form to apply for grant support. Under this scheme SMEs get a grant of up to 70% of qualifying costs, capped at $20,000.
