Jenny Ooi, Chief Human Resource Officer USG Boral Jenny enjoys being a business person in the HR world. As the head of HR for the USD1.2B group worldwide, Jenny champions the mission of making its people the competitive advantage of USG Boral – to change the way buildings are designed and built. A graduate of the Royal Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (U.K), Jenny brings with her; 20+ years of diverse working experience in the field of Finance, Supply Chain, Business Development and HR. In a prior role as the Senior HR Director of Agilent, the organization won all the Top Awards for Employer of Choice in 2012 and 2013 from AON Hewitt, MIHRM and the Human Resource Development Fund. In her personal capacity, Jenny was also recognized as Grand Gold Award winner – HR Leader of the Year by MIHRM and HR Professional of the Year by Human Resources Magazine |
Jitendra Chakravarty, Global Practice Lead for SAP SuccessFactors – Infosys IT Consulting Jitendra brings more than 22 years’ experience within the future workforce strategy, HR Software selection and transformations, helping clients adapt their HR strategy and processes to meet the new opportunities future workforces present. His expertise includes helping clients as partner to manage large scale transformations, organizational and workforce design globally, especially in the Manufacturing sector. With more than 15 years spent in various geographies of Middle East, Europe and US with leading SI’s like Atos Origin, HP etc., he is currently focused on leading Infosys’s foray in achieving delivery excellence on SuccessFactors. |
