Manu commented on the appointment saying

RA has been consistently providing HR Technology Consulting to its customers across Asia since last 10 years, and now with Philip coming on board as RA’s COO and Head of a new HR Advisory line of business, Philip’s HR Management consulting experience in Andersen, Hewitt Associates, and from his own HR Management consulting firm Catalyst Consulting will create a unique position for RA to offer its existing and new customers the best of both HR Management Consulting and HR Technology Consulting.

Philip added

I have known Manu and the RA team since 2014 and have been impressed by their longevity and growth in what is a competitive market. I think the complementary services RA now offers both in helping HR Directors make their regional or global operating models more efficient, together with RA’s robust and reliable HR technology implementation skills is a powerful combination to offer our customers. Also my time at Li & Fung has given me a different and more pragmatic perspective on the internal challenges many of our customers face, and how change is implemented.
