About the speakers:

Max Armbruster
Hong Kong Country Director for Rolling Arrays and the CEO of Talkpush

Max has been leading Rolling Array’s commercial engagements in Hong Kong since December2014. Prior to that, Max was working at SAP, where he held strategic regional roles in channel sales and in the private equity practice. Max’s past entrepreneurial ventures include an applicant tracking SaaS company and a engineering outsourcing company, both in Singapore.

Vicky Kong
IT project manager at Ethos International Limited, a subsidiary of John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited (JSSHK)

Vicky has solid and in-depth experience in managing HR related projects. She helped develop the in-house Performance Management System which is being used by Swire companies. Vicky has experience in SAP SuccessFactors HRIS implementation for JSSHK in which Employee Central, Succession Management & Career Development Plan, Performance and Goal Management, and Learning Management will be deployed.

Alex Wong
Learning Product Sales and Strategy Director in Greater China

Alex joined SuccessFactors, SAP as a Learning Product Sales & Strategy Director in Greater China. He brings a wealth of regional experience to the team to expand the company’s footprint in the region. Prior to joining the company, he had led the team at Sumtotal, Emarsys and UFIDA, he was responsible for growing sales and providing greater support to their existing customer base in Greater China.

Joni Wong
Director, SAP Digital and Social Collaboration

Joni Wong is Evangelist of social collaboration as part of the transformation in the workplace. He has helped numerous companies around the region in driving transformation through social platform to drive better employee engagement and productivity. Joni came from a very diverse backgrounds and was an early adopter/pusher for Cloud Computing in the region being one of the pioneer members of NetSuite and then Salesforce.com.
