Rolling Arrays started HR-Tech-Consultants Training Programme 2020

Rolling Arrays is an approved host organisation for SG United Traineeships. This 12-month programme in collaboration with SGUnited Traineeships is designed for recently graduated students or those graduating soon from Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE), Universities and other private educational institutions. It aims to develop professional skills and equip fresh talent with relevant industry experience which will help them gain a firmer foothold in the job market.
Rolling Arrays will be training these enthusiastic fresh graduates. The goal is to furnish students with the knowledge and experience HR domain, HR Tech (SAP SuccessFactors), and consulting – the mix of three critical skills required to be HR Transformation consultant.

In 2016, we launched Rolling Arrays HR-Tech-Consultants Academy, a mixed skill program where we teach HR, SAP SuccessFactors and Consulting.
The idea originated in search of finding good “HR-Tech-Consultants”, someone
– who understands “HR” Processes
– knows how to configure HR processes using an “HR-Tech” tool
– and solve customer’s pain points, and advise improved HR processes like a True “Consultant”
It’s been 4 years since we hired our first batch; The contagious energy of learners and seeing them turn into HR Tech Consultants in a matter of 1 year has been one of the most fulfilling initiatives that we have experienced at Rolling Arrays!
With the immense success of this program, we plan to multiply yearly intake, to improve our Customer’s experience of HR Tech Transformation & grow our awesome.
